Edge AI deployments can integrate a low-power Hailo-8™ module with an industrial-grade Premio inference computer to process inference analysis and object detection workloads in real-time.
NVMe: Ready Edge Intelligence
The RCO-6000-CFL Industrial AI Edge Inference Computer Series support high-speed NVMe storage for greatly accelerated data leverage. An onboard M.2 NVMe drive and hot-swappable external U.2 NVMe cannister drive bricks with PCIe 3.0 x4 performance efficiently feeds integrated CPUs and GPUs volumes of data for complex data cache applications. Rapid data speeds enable more reflexive inference analysis at the edge.

The ability for data acquisition and storage capacity are some of the most important requirements for computing at the rugged edge. Premio’s AI Edge Inference computers enable NVMe storage in a unique cannister brick design. These hot-swappable NVMe cannister bricks streamline and assist with data offload directly from the computer into a centralized location. The ability to quickly swap cannisters bricks provides easy data management and enterprise redundancy for applications that use data for machine learning.

IoT Data Storage Adaptability
Two internal SATA SSD/HDD drives in the RCO-6000-CFL Industrial Computer Series are joined by two additional external SATA SSD/HDD bays as a scalable RAID. The external 2.5” bays permit toolless, hot-swappable replacement of the SATA drives, simplifying service and capacity upgrades. The addition of NVMe cannister bricks enable high-speed read and write speeds for mission critical data acquisition.

The RCO-6000-CFL industrial computer allows for an add-in daughterboard module to support x4 RJ45 LAN & PoE in M12 locking connectors for applications that experience shock and vibration. The M12 locking connectors ensure a stable cable connection and ingress protection from dust and debris.

10GbE Module
The RCO-6000-CFL industrial computer allows for an add-in daughterboard module to support x2 10GbE network ports for more bandwidth and faster ethernet connectivity.

5G Module
The RCO-6100 industrial computer is 5G ready and can be upgradable from 4G/LTE through an add-in daughterboard module. The daughterboard supports certified 5G modules and has x2 SIM sockets for multi-carrier 5G wireless connectivity.
Inference Analysis and Machine Learning
The RCO-6000-CFL AI Edge Inference Computer supports GPUs (graphic processing units), allowing systems to process and analyze large volumes of complex data to drive AI functions at the edge. AI edge inference computers are purpose-built for deployment in either controlled or dynamic environments to capture data from sensors, high-resolution cameras, and other devices and peripherals that use real-time data for machine intelligence.

Dual external access SIM sockets provide continuous 4G/LTE cellular connectivity at remote of mobile edge deployments.
